UKS and Plateau to showcase Talent Management solutions at the 2nd Annual Middle East Talent Management Summit

UKS, the Middle East's leading learning solutions enabler, in cooperation with its technology partner Plateau Systems, leading provider of software for developing, managing and optimizing organizational skills and talent, will be showcasing the Plateau Talent Management software at the upcoming 2nd Annual Talent Management Summit 2008, to be held at Al Manzil Hotel, Dubai - UAE, from October 12 - 15, 2008.

The 2nd Annual Middle East Talent Management Summit is dedicated to helping organizations achieve their goals for the future. With a focus on tactical content, businesses will have the opportunity to refine their Talent management process and integrate these tactics into their overall business strategy.

During the exhibition, UKS and Plateau will be showcasing the Plateau Talent Management solution - software for developing, managing, rewarding and optimizing your organizational talent to increase workforce productivity and performance. Plateau will also demonstrate the latest version of its flagship talent management suite, which was announced last month at Plateau's annual user conference.

The current release of Plateau Talent Management Suite 5.8 includes an expanded Talent Profile that captures additional information from Plateau Talent Management and employee social interests and communities; dynamic Talent Pools that enable advanced talent and succession planning; a fully integrated report designer that allows users to create interactive reports using a visual design environment; and enhanced global commerce capabilities that provide full support for multiple currencies.

At the same attendees will understand more about the potential pitfalls of badly implemented Talent Management strategies and will be able to recognize possible challenges within their own businesses.
