Virtual University (SVU)
UKS designed and established the SVU from ground concept to accreditation,
program set-up and implantation. UKS also managed and operated the SVU
for a period of three years before handing the project over to the Syrian Ministry
of Higher Education.

Jordan electronic Academy (JeA)
The Jordan electronic Academy is a joint venture project that is designed
to provide online courses and certificates to students from the Al Balqaa Applied
University (BAU) and other universities in Jordan, as well as lifelong learning
certificate programs to working adults in both public and private sectors in
Jordan. UKS is currently implementing an Centre of Excellence for eLearning and
Academic development at the university to create an active virtual learning environment
which includes delivery solutions, content production, and training and knowledge
transfer.

King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals
(KFUPM)
In partnership with KFUPM, UKS operates a Center of Excellence for eLearning
at the University. In addition to the design, development and production
of online courses to be offered in a blended format within the University’s
regular curriculum, UKS’ objectives include a transfer of knowledge to
the University team. In the longer term, it is planned that the Centre
will create courses for other programs (e.g. an EMBA), provide opportunities
for life-long learning and become a profit centre for the University.
